I cannot find the product I’m looking for in the shop.
If the product you are looking for is not in our shop yet, please contact us through the contact form. We will contact you as soon as possible.
When will my order ship?
As soon as the products are in stock and paid, we will ship your order by your chosen shipping method.
I did not receive a confirmation email for my order.
The confirmation email is sent automatically when an order is placed. If you didn’t receive an email, there could be several causes:- Your order has not been fully completed yet. Please check if your shopping cart (on the right) is empty. The shopping cart is emptied when an order is sent. Click the shopping cart to complete your order.
- The confirmation email has most likely been marked as spam. Some email providers may mark our emails as spam or completely block them. Please check your spam folder for emails about your order and make sure to add us to your safe list.
- You may have entered a wrong email address. Please check ‘here’ to see and change your data.
How much is shipping?
- The shipping prices depend on the items you order and shipping method.
- You will receive an email with your order and the shipping fee. If you find this fee too high, you may cancel your order as soon as possible.
How do I change my order.
- Add something to your order: place a second order with the articles you want to add, using the same name and email address used for the first order. If the first order hasn’t been shipped yet, the second order will be added to the first.

When will my order arrive?
- If you received a shipping confirmation email, your order has shipped.

- If you chose Bpost World, the delivery time depends on the destination country.
